About Us
Kiser Elementary School is a welcoming community where students are encouraged to explore their interests and grow both academically and personally. Our staff works closely with Springfield Elementary and Stanley Middle schools to support smooth transitions for students moving to new schools. This teamwork helps students feel confident and ready for each next step.
At Kiser, small-group instruction is a key part of learning. During-school math tutoring and classroom lessons focus on personalized attention, helping each student reach their potential. Teachers encourage collaboration and social skills through group learning. In addition, students have opportunities to express themselves in art and instrumental music classes. They work with materials like clay and participate in creative projects such as decorating the school spirit rock.
Each week, students participate in a schoolwide clubs special, choosing from activities like drawing, crafting, sports, and reading. These clubs help students discover new skills and hobbies in a fun, supportive environment. To foster inclusiveness, Kiser holds weekly morning meetings where students from all grade levels celebrate birthdays and hear live announcements together. These gatherings help build friendships across the whole school.
At Kiser Elementary School, every student is valued, supported and given the chance to succeed.
